Whistler
Whistler is a resort town situated in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia. The town is located two hours away from Vancouver. It is renowned for alpine skiing and snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. During the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, Whistler hosted many of the alpine events.

Instagrammable shop in Whistler...
Whistler has several independent shops such as coffee shops, bakeries, jewelry boutiques, souvenir shops and bookstores. One Instagrammable bookstore that I visited in Whistler was Armchair Books. Armchair Books is an independent family owned bookstore that offers a large selection of fiction and non-fiction books, cookbooks, maps, guidebooks, first nations books and children's books.

Whistler has many accommodation options including hotels, townhomes and lodges. During my trip to Whistler, I stayed at the Nita Lake Lodge. The Nita Lake Lodge is located on Nita Lake and has 77 rooms, two restaurants, a bar, a coffee shop, an outdoor pool and a spa.
