New York City

New York City is the United States of America's most populous city.  It consists of the following five boroughs:

  1. Brooklyn

  2. Manhattan

  3. Queens

  4. Staten Island

  5. The Bronx​

Manhattan is New York City's densely populated borough and serves as the city's administrative and economic center.

Things to see and do in New York City...

Visit the Empire State Building for a view of New York City.

Explore the bustling Times Square.

Ride a ferry to Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty.

Explore Manhattan's colorful Little Italy.

Visit Grand Central Terminal. The famous landmark opened to the public on February 2, 1913.

Explore Manhattan's vibrant Chinatown.

Take a stroll in Central Park.

Visit the Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Instagrammable photography locations in New York City...

New York City has numerous Instagram famous photography locations.  Two Instagram famous photography locations that I visited in New York City were:

DUMBO Brooklyn Location: Washington Street between Front and Water Streets

The Rockefeller Center Observation Deck which provides an awe-inspiring view of the Empire State Building and New York City.

Instagrammable coffee shop in New York City...​

New York City has an endless selection of eateries such as restaurants, coffee shops, cafés, etc.  One Instagram famous coffee shop that I visited in New York City was the Ramini Espresso Bar located in Manhattan.  The Ramini Espresso Bar offers a variety of beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos and specialty teas as well as pastries such as croissants, brownies and macaroons.

My most memorable memories of my trip to New York City will always be...​

  1. Walking to a New York City based coffee shop in the morning like a New Yorker

  2. Engaging in conversations with the jovial New Yorkers that I encountered in Times Square
